a Managing Director who comes with over 20 years working experience. Mathapelo most previously worked as a Senior Legal Advisor of Intellectual Property Management and Competition Law at the SABC. She was responsible for intellectual property management (copyright and trademarks) advice to the SABC on the acquisition (licensing or commissioning), management (IP audits), exploitation and protection for television and radio broadcasting. She was also responsible for training and education of the SABC business suits on intellectual property. She was previously a Research and Policy: Intellectual Property Management Legal Advisor at the SABC.
Mathapelo before joining the SABC was a Legal Counsel at the Competition Commission of South Africa responsible for litigation matters at the Competition Tribunal, a Stakeholder Relations Coordinator at the Competition Commission of South Africa responsible for competition law education and training to external stakeholder (businesses and industry associations in South Africa) and competition law Policy Analysis. She was also a Legal Analyst: Enforcement & Exemptions. at the Competition Commission of South Africa responsible for conducting investigations in the economic markets of South Africa. Mathapelo was also a Lecturer in Corporate & Commercial Law at the University of the Free State for a period.

Co-Founder and a Senior Consultant
Lehlohonolo Adonisi is a Co-Founder and a Senior Consultant who is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa since 2002. Lehlohonolo comes to the Consultancy with over 20 years working experience. In 2007 Lehlohonolo has had an opportunity to serve as a Senior Associate at Msikinya Attorneys and Associates , he was responsible for commercial law, labour law, intellectual property law, broadcasting law inclusive of contracts drafting, negotiations and litigation. In this position Lehlohonolo was entrusted with the Metro Rail/ South African Rail Commuter Corporation account for all Gauteng and Western Cape Region thus handling all legal matters pertaining to litigation for this account. Lehlohonolo is an expert commercial transactions negotiator and was part of the negotiations team for the Petrosa, South African Breweries, Crosscape (Pty) Ltd, Maziya Investments and other transaction.
In the pre- 2007 years, Lehlohonolo held various positions of leadership such as Director/Head of Litigation at Adonisi Malapane Moletsane and Moloi Incorporated. Partner at Adonisi and Moletsane Attorneys and Director at AMMM Incorporated, in all these positions Lehlohonolo specialized in Commercial law litigation, Competition law litigation, business compliance matters in general and forensic investigations. He served as a Law Tutor and a Law Librarian at Vista University while studying there.

Senior Consultant
Eddie Edwin Lekota is a Senior Consultant who is a Corporate Manager with more than 20 years’ experience at all management levels. He has more than 10 years’ experience at Senior Executive Management level as the Group Chief Executive Officer, Acting Managing Director, Registrar/Chief Executive Officer, Executive Manager, Regional Manager, a Board Chairperson and Director level.
Edwin has a solid understanding and working knowledge of Treasury Regulations such as the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), including other general legislation, policies, procedures and practice notes, inclusive of the extensive knowledge of Public Private Partnerships (PPP). His hands-on exposure was in the Telecoms, Finance, Transportation, Logistics, Property Development, Business Consultancy, Infrastructure Development, and Construction / Engineering (Built Environment). This exposure covers both the Public and the Private sectors.
He is also has the intense Engineering (Technical) theoretical and practical experience in the Built Environment and Infrastructure Development areas. He is currently driving the spatial planning multidisciplinary team for the multi-million project.

He comes with valuable experience in corporate finance investment specifically focusing on financial due diligence in investment deals and financial modelling. His experience extends to M&A finance transactions where he conducts and prepares valuation models of the Target companies.
Thabang in the past 5 years has worked for organizations such as the City of Johannesburg, Mazars Corporate Finance and the National Empowerment Fund.
